Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Ensure all drivers have an outstanding on-boarding experience by scheduling pre-employment screening appointments and assisting in the completion of Pre-DQP tasks.

  • Manage relationships and interface with drivers, recruiters and leadership.
  • Set up drug screen testing on nationwide basis. Enter drug screen data and conduct drug screen traces as needed.
  • Assist Driver's through physical process from start to completion, acting as main point of contact.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in audits.
  • Book transportation to and from pre-employment screening if necessary.
  • Ensure Pre-DQP tasks are sent, reviewed, and followed up on for completion prior to DQP attendance.
  • Assist Recruiting and Driver Qualification in the onboarding process.
  • Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 2+ years' office administrative experience required.
  • Previous experience making travel arrangements preferred.
  • HSD or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must possess outstanding communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Pay Range: $19.47 - $26.68 Hourly
